Delete your account

1. Sign in.
2. Open Settings, then "My profile".
3. Scroll to the bottom and choose "Delete my account", then confirm.

If your workspace is paused, the paused screen has a "Delete my account" button that opens this page with the same control.

If you are the only owner of a workspace other people still use, the screen asks what should happen to it first. You can make another member the owner, or delete the workspace for everyone by typing its name. If you are the only person in your workspace, it is deleted along with your account.

• You are signed out on every device straight away.
• Nothing is erased for 7 days. Sign in during that time and we email you a link to keep the account.
• After 7 days your name, photo, phone number, settings and sign-in methods are erased. A workspace being deleted loses its contacts, conversations, jobs, estimates and invoices.
• Entries in a team's audit log stay, credited to a removed user, and the billing history for what the platform charged stays, with names removed.

Workspace owners can download their data first from the same dialog.

Can't sign in? Email support@launchwithlimn.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We confirm the request from that address and then follow the same steps.
